Our Journey

In South Sudan, over 65% of youth are unemployed despite having the ability to work. Limited access to training and resources pushes many into low-paying jobs. This cycle of poverty has continued for too long.

In 2022, we noticed a chance to change this. By offering hands-on skills training, mentorship, and initial funding, we can help young individuals create sustainable businesses and improve their livelihoods.

Since we started, we have trained 1000 individuals across South Sudan. Our graduates now earn 300 dollars, which is 3 times the average wage. We’re just getting started on this important journey.
